Schools Recommendation Schemes (SRS) are one way institutions make early offers of undergraduate admission to Year 12 students. They do this by using criteria other than (or in addition to) the ATAR.
Who can apply
To apply for SRS, you must:
have already submitted a UAC application for undergraduate admission
be completing one of the following in 2023:
an Australian Year 12 qualification (eg HSC)
an International Baccalaureate in Australia
be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, a permanent resident of Australia or the holder of an Australian permanent resident humanitarian visa.
Before you start
You can apply or log in between 7.30am and midnight (Sydney time) and we'll automatically log you out if you're inactive for 30 minutes.
You'll need your UAC application number and UAC PIN.
Applications close at midnight on 18 September 2023. You will not be able to access your application or SRS Check & Change after this date.
Any details you add to your SRS application cannot be changed.
After submitting your application, download your SRS confirmation package. It contains a summary of your application details and instructions on uploading documents to support your application, if necessary.
Uploaded documents cannot be edited or deleted but can be replaced up to three times.
Note that there will be short periods throughout the year when you will be unable to change your preferences in your undergraduate application, even though SRS applications are still open. These short periods occur between each offer round's deadline for changing preferences and the release of offers. Undergraduate application deadlines
